Please note there are a number of gaps on the tee sheet for our game at Troon Portland on Tuesday coming.
Please ensure that you give yourself enough time to get from Royal Troon Clubhouse to the first tee at the Portland Course.
All those playing are entitiled to a tea/coffee and bacon roll as this is included in the green fee we are being charged by Royal Troon.
I recently sent out an e-mail requesting an update on members handicaps, only a handfulof members responded.
If there are no further updates then the handicaps we have on the system will be the ones used for the rest of the season.
For example if you are off 5.3 then you will be playing off that with no added allowances. This was decided after a discussion with the Captain of the Association.
Tuesday’s competition will be strokeplay and will be played from the yellow tees.
I will inform competitiors of any Local rules on the day of play.
